Fit & Fearless LA is taking it outside for a Yoga Sculpt session led by instructor Dama at Johnny Carson Park in Burbank. Yoga Sculpt combines the flow and mindfulness of yoga with strength-based movement for a full-body experience that builds muscle, improves flexibility, and leaves you feeling reset from the inside out. This session is donation-based, all levels are welcome, and the intention is just as much about community and connection as it is about the workout itself. Whether you are coming to move, to clear your head, or simply to meet new people in a positive space — this one is for you.
