Event Description
The Sun Retreat is a one-day women's wellness experience presented by The NOA Collective and hosted through BLK Events LA, designed for women who want space to move, reflect, connect, and reset. The day opens with a welcome gathering and intention-setting — giving every attendee a chance to ground themselves and ease into the experience together. From there, the program flows into a mini mindfulness workshop and panel discussion on blending science and holistic care, offering real, practical suggestions on what wellness can look like in everyday life.
