Event Description
Built By Zay (@builtbyzay) and HQLA (@hqlagym) present Sundays on Sunset — the very first Wellness Block Party of its kind at HQLA in West Hollywood. Hosted by fitness creator Jay Critch (@jaycritch), this is an interactive fitness experience where participants are divided into groups and rotate through a variety of workout stations led by different HQLA trainers. The format is designed to deliver high energy, new challenges, fresh motivation, and real community connection — whether you are a complete beginner, a fitness enthusiast, or a seasoned athlete. The day runs from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM and includes a live DJ experience, VIP participation giveaways, multiple trainers and workout experiences, and a full recovery component. Sponsors include Skechers, NOCCO, DrinkAde, Dirty, Wildbird, Eve Beauty Lab, and Handles Coffee.
