She's Vested is a women's weighted vest walk club based in the View Park-Windsor Hills area of Los Angeles. The concept is straightforward and effective — members meet on Saturday mornings, strap on their weighted vests, and walk together as a community. As their summer schedule wraps up, the group has updated their start time to 8:30 AM to beat the heat and keep showing up safely through the warmer months. The August 8th walk is the next stop on their 2026 fall schedule — and with their 1-year anniversary on the horizon, energy in the community is high. All levels are welcome, and you can join even if it's your first time. Just RSVP and show up.
