Event Description
Love Yourself Out Loud 2 is a free, uplifting community mental health awareness event presented by Ray of Light LA Non-Profit and supported by the City of Inglewood. Now in its second year, this event is designed around the pillars of community, healing, and self-love — and it delivers that through a full afternoon of wellness experiences, inspiring speakers, live entertainment, mental health workshops, kids activities, a self-love flower bar, free food, giveaways, and a live DJ. The day kicks off with a Soundbath and Community Activation from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM before the main event takes over Rogers Park from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This is Inglewood showing up for itself — and it is a beautiful thing.
