Kidney Konnect is spotlighting Teagen's Sunday Funday — an adults-only outdoor field day experience in LA, hosted by fitness coach @teagenrose. Think potato sack races, team games, music, prizes, and pure fun in the open air. This isn't your average workout — it's recess for grown-ups, and your body (and your kidneys) are going to love it.
All athletic levels are welcome. Come solo or bring the squad. Just come ready to move, compete, and have a great time.
