Event Description
BLK Events LA is bringing the community together for their monthly walk — and the June edition is extra special. The Juneteenth Community Walk is a free celebration rooted in Black culture, Black-owned businesses, and the kind of community love that fills the streets of Los Angeles. Held in the heart of Leimert Park Village, this event is open to everyone — walkers, neighbors, families, and anyone who wants to show up and feel connected. The walk covers 1.5–2 miles through the neighborhood, spotlighting local Black-owned businesses along the way, before rolling into a full block party featuring live music, DJ sets, food, vendors, games, and portraits. This year, the celebration runs even deeper — it's also BLK Events LA's 3rd Anniversary. No tickets. No barriers. Just community doing what it does best.
