Event Description
The Sharks are back outside — and this time, RRAC is taking over Liberty Park in Cerritos for an open calisthenics workout, Field Trrip style. RRAC brings their signature outdoor training energy to public spaces, and Liberty Park is the next stop. Whether you've been training with the crew for a while or you're stepping into your first session, all levels are welcomed and everyone gets work in. This is calisthenics in its most community-driven form — outdoors, in the fresh air, surrounded by people who are committed to showing up for their health. No equipment needed. Just come ready to move.
