Debbie Allen Dance Academy is bringing the block party back — and this time, the whole city is invited. The DADA Block Party is a free, all-day Juneteenth celebration rooted in community, culture, movement, and everything that makes Los Angeles come alive. Hosted at the Academy's home on S. Manhattan Place, this event is designed to welcome everyone — families, dancers, music lovers, and anyone who just wants to show up and feel good. From free master classes led by industry professionals and Debbie Allen herself, to carnival rides, live music, food trucks, and a community marketplace, this is a full-day experience built around joy, access, and togetherness. No tickets. No barriers. Just community doing what it does best.
