HERaccess LA (@her.accessla) presents Booty & Bands Day Party — a high-energy resistance band workout, day party, and community celebration all rolled into one. The workout is led by co-founder Janelle (@nellyfitbaby) and is designed to make you sweat, have fun, and challenge yourself from start to finish. DJ Roger (@rogerdodgerhd) will be spinning live to keep the energy exactly where it needs to be all morning. What to expect: DJ Roger in the building, a full Booty & Bands workout, lit teas on deck, a light breakfast, giveaways and more. This event is also a fundraiser as HERaccess LA continues building toward opening their own gym, and it doubles as a birthday celebration for co-founder Lex (@thelex.light).
