As a kidney transplant survivor and seasoned events and marketing executive with over 20 years of experience, I am passionate about advocating for kidney health in the Black and Brown communities of South Los Angeles. My journey has inspired me to dedicate my life to raising awareness and providing resources to those in need. Dr. Hutson, a board-certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician with extensive experience in Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine, is a valued board member of Kidney Konnect. He specializes in Kidney Lifestyle Medicine and will lend his expertise and resources to promote healthier lifestyles for kidney health. His professional background will be instrumental in guiding our initiatives and supporting our community.

With over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, Kim currently holds the position of Treasurer at VCA Animal Hospitals of America, where she adeptly manages an impressive annual revenue of over $6.3 billion. Beyond her professional achievements, she is also the wife of Jason Berry and actively serves as the Treasurer for Kidney Konnect, showcasing her dedication to both financial management and community impact.

QwessCoast is a dynamic force in the South Los Angeles community, wearing many hats as a DJ, nightclub owner, cannabis dispensary advocate, and devoted father. With years of experience in advocacy, he proudly co-founded Kidney Konnect, partnering to uplift and empower the Black and Brown communities of South Los Angeles. His commitment to making a positive impact is evident in everything he does. Together, they strive to create lasting change and support for those in need.

Dr. James B. Golden is an accomplished industrial psychologist and co-founder of the TTC College of Substance Use Disorders Counseling. As the Chief Wellness Strategist Golden Global Enterprises, he brings a wealth of expertise and resources to his work. Now serving on the board of Kidney Konnect, Dr. Golden is committed to enhancing the nonprofit's mission through his extensive experience and insights in the field.
